Happy 2013!!

Happy New Year!! *throws confetti*

Wait... What? Did I miss it? :(

Oh no, I was up at the stroke of midnight as the new year rang in. Instead of watching the ball drop and the fireworks commence (on TV of course;) as I had planned with my computer out and writing away and editing. I wanted to end 2012 and welcome 2013 doing what I love... writing. I thought that would really kick start this new year off right.

Unfortunately, I ended up laying on the floor of my 3 year old's bedroom as she randomly got sick with fever and stomach ache :( Poor little thing. Hubby too had been sick with sinus infection so he had already gone to bed. So at least I was with my little love doing something that I also love... being Mama.

All that said, we have been trying to get well here and I feel like I missed the beginning of 2013. So I'm calling a Do-Over! Just kidding, but I did want to at least acknowledge the blog-o-sphere by saying:

HAPPY 2013!! I wish you all the very best this year.

Good things are coming! I'd love it if you want to follow me around here (hint hint --------->) ;)

I'm also going to be sharing the love here with lots of my friends. You DON'T WANT TO MISS what they've got going on!
